Welcome to NotaKita. Your privacy is very important to us. This page explains in simple terms what information we use and how we keep it safe while you use our app.
NotaKita is designed to work mostly offline. This means all the invoices, client names, and business details you type into the app are stored safely on your own phone.
To help you manage your business, the app stores the following information on your device:
To make sure the app works smoothly and doesn't crash, we use a few standard tools from Google. These tools might collect basic, anonymous info like your phone model or when the app closes unexpectedly:
Because your data is stored on your device, the security of your information mostly depends on your phone's security (like your screen lock or fingerprint). We recommend keeping your phone updated and using a password to protect your data.
If we ever change how we handle your data (for example, if we add a cloud backup feature), we will update this page and let you know through the app.
